After being very pleased with the service we received and in the repairs of our motor home, the fill in the "yes/no" circle of the service evaluation card does not do justice to express our appreciation particularly to the staff at Chehalis Collision Center. Gerold Trusty's explanation of the work that needed to be done at the onset and his keeping us informed of the progress, and calling to clarify some things he thought might be a concern to us with the repairs helped to instill a confidence in the company. It also alleviated some of the anxiety of "waiting for the bill" to know that he was concerned about us and not just getting the job done to get paid.
Also, the ladies in the reception area were very pleasant to those who came in. They were delightfully gracious and kind to us giving directions to the post office (even printing out a map) and directing us to other locations to help fulfill our needs during our stay in a town unknown to us. Even taking time to re-warm my coffee was an appreciated gesture.
This kind of service from you staff isn't something you buy with money. It is a quality in the people who contribute to the reputation of Chehalis Collision Center.
One of the most encouraging factors in selecting you company came from out insurance adjuster who complimented you saying "We deal with them a lot and they do a good job". That was reassuring.
The questionnaire asked "Would you use our facility again?" Hopefully not! However, if we needed such services again it would be worth coming a hundred miles out of the way to be dealt with in such a courteous, caring manner. As we travel about the country it is like a "breath of fresh air" to find a place that not only knows how to spell "Customer Service", but more importantly knows how to provide it.
